The Lion

The Lion is Loyola Marymount University's digital news outlet. I joined the staff as an art and culture reporter in Fall 2025. I was in charge of pitching stories weekly pertaining to the  Los Angeles arts scene, performing research and interviews, retrieving art, and writing pieces for digital release via WordPress. In my final semester, I was the arts and culture editor, overseeing production and editing the work of ten arts and culture writers.
